This is our store. Smart ppl staffing this place. Super fast talking Paul breathes gaming. He’s a comical, gaming genius. Medium sized store, well organized, with lots of games packed inside. Tip: Power Up for $ 15/​yr. to save @ least $ 5/​game. Plus, the Game Stop gift cards are great for birthdays.

My family and I came in a couple days ago to did an exchange and bought a couple of other things. The guy that helped us was named Eric I believe. He was very nice and very understanding. Great customer service. I left this place happy and satisfied. The only 1 problem that I had was there seemed to be only 1 employee at that time and there was a long line. So I had to be patient to be checked out. But other than that. It was great to shop there and I’ll be back for sure.

Overall a good gamestop. They do try and work with their customers and may cause a delay for others but for the most part when u need a game they have what you want. It may be expensive versus other stores but the used games and pre orders are good deals when utilized correctly.

Overall great customer service. I did have to wait a few days one time because they said someone picked up my game but they realized they made a mistake the next day. I still go here. Mistakes happen.
