As soon as I walked in the door I was immediately greeted by nick who walked to the front to ask me if I needed any assistance looking for anything today. I told him I was there for a new game and that I had some questions about accessories, any trade promotions available(which sadly I missed the console trade promo by a week) and my GameStop power card account. The entire time Nick stayed completely engaged in everything I had to say/ask. He explained to me how often trade promotions become available and where I can go to stay up to date on the them as they become valid again. I opened a power card account for ever ago and have had one for years but have never really used it before so I had no idea how many points I had or if it was even an amount that was worth anything, not only did he tell me exactly everything I needed to know about my accounts current status he even took the time to walk me through activating it on the app since I was having trouble with it. Nick did just about everything for me all I had to do was just tell him what I was interested in accomplishing on my visit to this awesome store, he was very knowledgeable and open about game, promotion, and event information and let me know everything I needed without making me feel dumb. I just got out of the Air Force a few months ago and have traveled the world so I can say Iv been to A LOT of gamestops all over everywhere because I’m always looking for a new game to have a good time with playing with friends and I can easily say Nick has to be hands down displayed the best customer service Iv ever seen in I could actually say any place Iv ever been not just game stop. The entire time I was in there I did not touch a single product until I had paid and started to walk out of the door, I told nick what I wanted and he brought it to the register for me, I also told him how I had an old headset that I really loved that broke and couldn’t really describe it but somehow he was able to pick out the exact same head set I had that broke which I also purchased before leaving the store. I manage a movie theater right down the road from this location and I will admit if half of my employees were even close to as impressive and competent as Nick I would only need a third of them. Needless to say I’m pretty blown away with how well this guy treated me in assisting me with all my gamer problems today I couldn’t be happier and I won’t by anything for my gaming experiences anywhere else but here ever again. The store was a little awkward getting too but once I got in there everything was clean and organized real well which is kind of impressive for the small size, Iv been to gamestops before that are gigantic compared to this one and have the feeling that there was too much product for the staff to efficiently display without being in the way but not this store, very easy to move around while at the same time able to see all the awesome stuff you guys have for sale at the moment. Can’t wait to go back!!! Whatever Nick is making it needs to be more. The end –Matthew

Came in at 9:50 pm, just shy of ten minutes from closing. The guy at the front was very helpful in helping us find the wii u console at another store. He even called and had them place it on hold while we rushed over to Arlington to pick it up. I really wish I would have gotten his name, he was a great help!

This is my home gamestop. I have bought most of my games here as well as my Playstation 4. The staff seems helpful and knowledgeable about their games and systems. The reason for the loss of stars is that the manager is a little too aggressive with sales. He is always asking me to preorder something or to preorder something I don’t need. Also there is a little bit of an odd smell. Overall its a good store and the manager actually is pretty knowledgeable about the games just wish he would take it easy with the sales pitch.
