I wish I could give Gils 10 stars! These guys are great. We used them for our wedding and I would highly recommend them for anybody who is considering using them. We had a seated dinner with s double entrée including the filet and crabcakes. The filets were perfectly cooked! I’ve been to several wedding where the caterers will overcook the meat… Not Gils! Everybody raved about the food and everybody loved the milk and cookies at the end of the night. By the time we left we found a goodie bag full of snacks, a bottle of champagne and a couple pieces of our wedding cake. Very nice personal touch.
