I have been utilizing the MetroCare Services system, or trying to, for the last six months or so. It has, at best, been an extremely frustrating experience, until now. I’ve tried two of the Dallas locations until reaching out to this one today. Thankfully this third one is quite convenient to my home! The person at the front desk was kind, compassionate, patient and helpful. He connected me with the nurse, Kim. She went above and beyond to assist and help me. I have now successfully, and finally, gotten the attention and help I needed. I have now switched to this location(again with the help of the young man at the front desk) for all of my future appointments. Thank you MetroCare in Grand Prairie!
