I chose this store because I was told, on a Saturday, that my phone would be fixed by Monday because they overnight the parts. Monday rolls around, no phone call. So, I called the store back and the woman tells me that she hadn’t gotten the part yet, but she was going to check the tracking, and call me back. Never received a call. I went up to the store expecting to have my phone fixed because I was told it would be fixed on Monday. Parts still not in, but she’ll call and let me know because the part should be there before she goes home at 7:30… Do you think I received a call? Tuesday rolls around, I’m waiting and waiting, and finally I call and ask if my part is here, «Not yet, but I’ll check». Turns out the part is at the Dallas store, and they should be bringing it over today,“I’m not sure why they haven’t brought it”. Can I go to the Dallas store and have them fix my phone? «No, you have to get it fixed at the store you paid at». So, I ask her if the part is going to be in today for sure. «No, I can’t guarantee that, but it should be here by tomorrow». Fed up I told her that it would need to be fixed today, or I want a refund. She says OK, I’ll call you back and let you know. 2 minutes later, if even 2 minutes, she calls me back and tells me she’s going to process my refund and it should take 3 – 5 business days to post. Did she try to fix my issue? Nope. Apologize? Nope. Give me an explanation? Nope. Thinking I can just go get it fixed at the Dallas store since they have the part I need, I call the store, and they tell me there seems to be a «misunderstanding». The part was NOT at the Dallas store, and was scheduled to be delivered to the Grand Prairie store Wednesday or Thursday. Terrible experience.

I didn’t realize they worked by appointment. I arrived without an appointment, Erica was very kind and she helped me anyway. That was the good part. I had a Samsung Note 2. The screen was cracked and needed to be replaced. The phone was working fine. The only issue with the phone was the cracked screen. The day before I took the phone in to be repaired, we charged it and did a factory reset. The phone was in perfect working condition. Did I mention, the screen had been cracked for almost two weeks and my husband continued to use it until we upgraded his phone. The day after we upgraded his phone, I took the old phone in to be repaired. After speaking with Erica, I decided to proceed with replacing the screen. She said it would take approximately 1 hour, quoted me a rate of 130.00. I agreed, left to run errands. When I returned, NOTHING worked. I couldn’t even use the home key and the phone wouldn’t even charge. I was shocked… We decided not to replace the screen. She put it back together and I left with a completely inoperable phone. I was so disappointed. There’s nothing worst than feeling ripped off.

I was very skeptical of these«fix your cracked screen» stores you see all over. The screen on my galaxy s4 was cracked in several spots. To replace the phone was going to cost me hundreds of dollars. I had nothing to lose so I looked for a «fix it» store that looked reputable. I walked in and 15 minutes later I had a phone that looked brand new! I was very impressed. I will recommend this company to anyone who needs a cracked screen replaced. They are a little pricey. It cost me 149.00. But you get what you pay for.
