They have no one telling you exactly what line to get in to purchase tickets… after purchasing vip tickets it was still a long wait… was expecting way more… super disappointed… wasnt worth the $or the wait. the cutting edge is more of a scare than this 1…

The family of four were anticipating a fun scary Thursday night. It began with about an hour long wait. We paid general admission and customer line was not too long but it was quite a wait due to the fact there was a continuous groups of people in what appeared to be a fast lane that kept the general admission line from moving. Finally when it was our turn, we went in with another group for a total of 7. Alright, excited were in! It started slow with dark corridors and a few weak jump scares for a while until we caught up to the groups ahead of us and it began to slow down so dramatically that it completely lost its luster. The element of surprise was gone. It was all downhill from there. At the checkpoint meant to create a gap between groups, people were separated into VIP lanes and general admission lanes. This wouldn’t have been such a problem if the people in charge of separating the lines had any way to actually verify customers purchased a VIP Pass. So many people we had seen behind us in the general admission line managed to get through the checkpoint in the VIP lane, making the wait time around 40 minutes, much longer than it should have been. What a complete mess. We couldn’t wait to be done with the haunt. We had a nice scare 2 years prior to that with Strangling Brothers when they had a much more organized system, but as of now it’s not worth experience, nor the cost!
