Bottega Salon is GREAT! The atmosphere is fun and relaxing and all the stylists are always up on the latest trends and styles… they are also having a half-​off nail sale on Thursday and Friday (right before Halloween!) and that’s a great deal, definitely check it out!

This place might be a little hard to find, but well worth the time searching for it. I know that there are tons of salons and what not in Chicago, but I hadn’t found any place that wowed me enough to be a repeat customer. I rarely cut my hair as it is, and for the past 4 to 5 years living in Chicago I’ve tried places and just wasn’t happy. Plus, the places were expensive. My biggest gripe isn’t how much it costs, because I hate cutting my hair I rarely do it and so it’s not a big expense for me. I do get it cut every year for Chinese New Years to symbolize the start of a new year and a change. I’m willing to spend whatever to make my hair look good at least once a year. I like how this place offers tea and other refreshments. My stylist is April, and since my sisters told me that it was my best hair cut ever I went again this year. I get compliments, and I guess that makes it worth it. My haircut was $ 32 and you just can’t beat that either!
