Really disappointing service. I ordered my flowers online through their website to be delivered the next day. I just received a call at 3pm telling me that the florist was unavailable to complete my order. There was a family situation, which I am sympathetic to. However, the late call prevented me from being able to order through another florist.
I do understand that things comes up, but the lady who called me was quite rude. If she had been a bit more professional, I wouldn’t be here writing this review. To begin, she seemed annoyed when I wouldn’t just agree to have the flowers delivered the following day. Once she realized I wanted to cancel the order, she stated «Well, you’ll have to contact FSN and cancel it». I had no idea who/​what FSN was, as I had ordered through their website. I had to find this secondary company online myself and call to make sure I wasn’t charged.
Overall, just very disappointing service. I’ve generously given two stars since I can’t speak to the quality of their flowers. But based on how I was treated, I would not recommend.

Found Brew’s on Unilocal, and wasn’t disappointed! Bob was very friendly, willing to accommodate some special requests, and most importantly delivery some great flowers that made my wife happy for our anniversary! Great quality flowers also. Thanks!

We wanted to send a plant after the funeral so we searched online for a florist near the home. I called and placed the order and hoped for the best. Just a few hours later I got photos of the plant/​flowers that were delivered and I was very pleased, as was the family on the other end.
Brew’s Creations in Floral delivered within 2 hours! They created a very attractive basket full of flowers all assembled around a beautiful plant. Thanks guys for going above and beyond!

Was looking for a local florist, and found Bob based on proximity and reviews. Had a quick chat on the phone and was WOWed with customer service! Bob (owner) was very helpful — able to exchange email and TXT to see what I wanted — and did a wonderful arrangement that was very well received! Will definitely use again — and really appreciate the customer service — thanks so much! B-)

My bouquet was everything I wanted-​just gorgeous! Bob did a great job pairing a variety of flowers with our hops to make the perfect bouquet! He was great in accommodating our budget, very helpful in the planning process and was wonderful to work with!

I was looking for something unique for a homecoming corsage. Brew really hit the mark and I didn’t even walk into the shop until we picked it up. He had all the fun accessories different bracelets feathers, flowers, stones, beads. What a fun place to visit. Next time I will go in for sure to see everything he has to offer first. Thanks Brew! It was absolutely beautiful and perfect!

Bob Brewer has wonderful arrangement skills. He gave me «next day» service with top quality floral bouquet. Bob was very professional and was as helpful as I needed. You can easily tell that he is very experienced and knows his craft well. I recommend him without reservation. I have received nothing to «bribe» me to write this review but exceptional service.
