This is a cute little bridal shop with a great selection to choose from for your wedding! The staff here are very helpful and knowledgeable, they really listen to you and help you find exactly what you are looking for! I would recommend and future bride and her bridesmaids check this place out!

Great atmosphere with knowledgable staff. It was a great place to look for a bridal gown. Everything is so organized and workers were very professional and invested! Paula was so awesome to work with!

This was the first place I went to, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. Rachel, my consultant, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about all things wedding dress related.
The entire process started with being handed colored rings to clip to the dresses I wanted to try on. I went with a large group of friends and family, and I was able to give each of them a clip in order to try on a variety of dresses. I was open minded to what kind of dress I wanted, so this was a fun process for everyone to feel included. Rachel assisted me with trying everything on, and was able to address what I liked and disliked about each dress. From there, she walked through the store and selected additional dresses that she believed I would like all staying within my budget.
At the end of the night, I had four dresses that I truly liked, so she wrote them down on a personalized card, so when I came back for their trunk show, I would be able to try them on and make a final decision.

Rachel was amazing! From the minute we walked in she was friendly, helpful, and incredibly knowledgable! She made the whole experience of finding my dress easy and enjoyable! Every question I had she was able to answer which made ordering my dress easy!
Great collection of dresses and in addition to Rachel, the rest of the staff all seem to really know bridal gowns and are eager to help! I definitely recommend anyone looking for their wedding dress starts here!

The customer service at this shop was the worst I have ever received. I understand it’s a Saturday and we didn’t have an appointment, but that is no excuse for making customers feel unwelcome. We waited 30 mins for a room and were told we had 30 mins to try on bridesmaid dresses. On our way out, after 30 mins, we heard two clerks discussing our party in a negative manner. Extremely unprofessional as well as overpriced.

Terrible customer service. Workers were clearly talking about numerous clients in a negative way. Workers had a snooty attitude for a less than par bridal studio with folding chairs.

This was the only place I went to try on wedding dresses. I had the most wonderful experience! I was given time to look through the dresses on my own and tried on 7 – 8 that I picked out myself. The consultant helping me listened to my comments and looked at the pictures I brought in, and then picked out 8 – 10 more dresses for me to try. I swear, that woman was magic! Each dress she picked out for me was better than the next (and all of them were better than the ones I picked out for myself!). I found my dress and bought it the same day! They were very professional and made me feel wonderful and attended to the entire time.
Earlier this week I was in looking for bridesmaid dresses, but also talked with them about scheduling alterations. I have dropped a few dress sizes since ordering my dress, and wanted to make sure that they would have enough time to work on the dress before my wedding. The consultant I was working with knew they had a smaller size of my dress in the store and asked if I wanted to try it on (so we could see how the new size fit). It was much closer to where I needed to be size-​wise, so I appreciated getting to try it on. Then the consultant told me the owner would be okay swapping dressing with me. All I had to do was bring in my too-​big dress and they would swap me for the smaller one! Today I brought in my old dress and walked out of the store about 5 minutes later with the new one.
I love the personable service at this store. The women who work here are wonderful and professional, and really love trying to find something to please the bride! I never felt pressured or rushed to buy anything, which I totally appreciate! I am so thankful for a great experience so far, and I can’t wait to keep working with Bridal Gallery up through my wedding. I have already recommended them to many other brides, and will definitely come back here when I need bridesmaid dresses for myself!

Somehow the order for one of my bridesmaids’ dresses got messed up, causing it to come in way later than it should have. Honestly, mistakes happen so that’s not what bothered me. What bothered me is when I called to understand how it happened, I was spoken to like I was audacious for asking. And this being the third time I or one of my bridesmaids were treated rudely by them just takes the cake for me. I can handle human error, but NOT a poor display of customer service to that extent. I’m sure the reason why I wasn’t treated with the same regard as others is because I didn’t buy my bridal gown from them (with good reason) but a good business wouldn’t consider that a factor in how they treat a customer. (After all, I was a customer in ordering my bridesmaid dresses from there for the convenience of the majority of my bridesmaids who live in the area). Like one of the previous reviewers of this establishment said, there are plenty of places in the Grand Rapids area to get bridal gowns and bridesmaid dresses that treat their customers with professionalism.

I went to Bridal Gallery to find a gown for my wedding. They give you rings to place on the hangers of the dresses you like and a consultant will collect them as your browsing and put them in a room for you. Our consultant was very very nice and helped me into each gown and clipped the dress to fit me as some of them were not my size. She even pulled some dresses for me based upon the styles I liked. I didn’t find my dress at that store but I did have a great experience!

Rude and inconsiderate:
I took a couple of my bridesmaids to Bridal Gallery this past weekend. We had an appointment to look at Bridesmaids dresses, only 2 of the maids were going to try on since the others were decided (my original appointment was for 5, so 2 should have been no problem right… WRONG). We were greeted as we walked in and told to begin looking through the dresses, we did have an employee start 2 dressing rooms for us. That was the end of the good customer service we received. We sat down in the chairs that were open in the back while the 2 bridesmaids tried on about 4 dresses each. We were asked to move chairs because we were talking to each other. We were asked by 4 different employees to have the girls change in the same dressing room to open up the other. Each time I was asked I said that we were almost finished and would be out as soon as possible. The 4^th time we were asked they were so ride about it. NEWSFLASH— not every person is comfortable changing in front of each other. We only had 2 of our 5 people with us with an appointment. We never received an assistance of help when the girls had the dresses on like we did at other stores like Renee Austin Wedding and even David’s Bridal was more attentive. No one tried to help us, pin the girls or even ask if we needed anything.
We left and told them we were not happy with the service, the manager could not have cared less. I would not recommend you go here, there are many more places that will treat you better and if you are going to spend hundreds of dollars on dresses, make it fun and worth your time and excitement. This place is a buzz kill to a fun day shopping for your wedding!

I was dissappointed with the quality of gowns. Many looked like they had been there for years and many outdated styles. The shower curtain rings on the dresses was strange and very inpersonal. I would say it seemed more like a clearance house of gowns.
They did have some bridesmaids I liked but didn’t have a good selection to tryon and the color I wanted was available for me to see before ordering.
My girls tried on a few dresses, but I couldn’t bring myself to tryon any gowns there (It reminded me of shopping at TJ Max where you have to dig for an hour to find something) Not happening for my wedding gown!
Once the service person realized I wasn’t going to ger a gown there she just disappeared and we never say her after trying on the bridesmaids dresses.

Loved my experience here! Went in there to try on bridesmaids dresses and ended up getting my dress there as well 6 months later. They have a large selection and their prices are good and made even cheaper if you pay all up front. They helped me order a custom veil and everything came in sooner than they promised. Everyone was friendly and they steamed my dress and veil for me before the big day. Would reccommend to anyone!

I had a wonderful experience at this bridal shop, and I didn’t even need an appointment! I grew up in Kentwood, and never realized this place had so many dresses. 10 aisles to be exact! They are sorted by style (strapless, lace, mermaid, pick-​ups, straps, plus size, sale, clearance, etc.)
When you walk into the store, you fill out a card with basic info (name, wedding date, etc.) and they give you colored rings to put on the hangars of dresses you want to try on, and they put them into the fitting room for you. When trying on the dresses, the bridal consultant was very attentive, and even suggested other dresses I might like.
The experience at Bridal Gallery was very laid-​back, enjoyable, and I even think I found my dream dress there! This bridal shop is a must for local Grand Rapids brides!
