I have used Christian Brothers for repairs for over a year now. Most recently I had to go through the painful costs associated with replacing a transmission, and recognizing that my aging car did not need a brand new transmission, they shopped around and found two used transmissions. They compared the cost and mileage on both so that I had a couple of different options.
They have always discussed repairs with me and let me know when a repair is necessary or just recommended, so that I can decide whether to do the repair when considering how much longer I intend to drive the same car. They have shown me the same level of care with my beater as I would get if I had a newer, more expensive car.
