Unfortunately they do not follow through on warranty or information they give on «quality» of the carpet you spend thousands of dollars for. The installation was also sub par and there is «nothing they can do about it».
Save time and go to Rockford flooring, they are upfront and honest and if you are not happy they will do everything in their power to make it right.
