I had dropped my HP laptop down a flight of stairs and another shop had quoted me more than the laptop was worth to get the screen hinge and LCD replaced, so I sent a quick request on the Digital Designs website and was pleased to receive a phone call minutes later to get a little more information about what I was looking for.
Stephen was able to find me used but fully-​functional replacement parts for a fraction of the cost other shops had quoted me, and now my laptop is back in working condition. Overall I am very happy with both the pricing and quality of service that was received.
