Contacted this company for an urgent matter regarding an event I was having. I informed them the importance of the event and that I needed a guarantee on delivery (over a week away). They said no problem. I said I need you to understand it’s important and I need a guarantee. They said I guarantee you will get it. A guarantee to me means a lot so I took their word. I got half of it the day before the event, I got the other half the next week after the event. I contacted them and they said they forgot to tell shipping it was urgent. If I give a guarantee as a business I will make sure it gets done, businesses that don’t stand by their word go out of business in this economy. I do not suggest using this company EVER. By the way, the display case they send me came in a thousand pieces with no instructions.
