Best Xylitol hard candies and lollipops I have found! They use xylitol from birch trees. I really like the butterscotch, pomegranante, raspberry, and tropical flavor hard candies. I also like their caramels. If you want to try their candies, I recommend ordering the Natural Variety Mix to sample multiple candies in one bag.
Also, if there is an issue with your order e-​mail them and they will respond to you. My order was a little slow in getting to me and I contacted them. They replied the next day, apologized and mailed me a free treat with my order. So nice!
Note regarding xylitol of any brand: If you are not used to eating xylitol, it can cause gastrointestinal tract discomfort for some people (gas, diarrhea, bloating) so don’t eat a lot of it at once. Pace yourself. Overtime your body will adjust to xylitol, so please don’t blame this company for something that is not specific to them.

Somebody at Dr John’s responded saying customer service rep was out «all last week» and I’d hear back today.
Uh huh. the silence is deafening…
