They are based out of Kalamazoo but have field service people all over. I called Griffin’s Fremont number and was connected to a call center. I called at 5:30pm Monday and they scheduled us for 11:45am to 1:30pm Tuesday. The exterminator arrived at 1:00pm and stayed about a half hour. He dusted for yellow jackets under my front outdoor light fixture and around my water meter. He also checked in the basement for any other entry holes. Overall very quick and professional. Our bill is $ 185 and comes with a 30 day guarantee. They do paper billing so we didn’t have to pay the same day.

Griffin Pest Control is based in Grand Rapids but does the Ann Arbor local area. We have used them for 12 years. When we bought our house the previous owner had them come quarterly and said we should do the same. We have huge trees on our lot and a lot of them. Large trees breed bugs and rodents. Griffin workers come quarterly and spray and set traps and are in and out unnoticed most times. I am not lying when I say that I have only seen a dozen insects, including spiders, in my house over the past 12 years. We have called them to spray for mosquitos before summer parties and that works very well. But, I have only done it for special occasions, it is pricey. I suggest Griffin to all of my clients looking for bug service.
