I’m not the kind of person who usually writes reviews but I had such great service here I had to. I went to get my car and house keys duplicated and I was quoted over the phone a certain price for my car key which has some fancy chip in it to deter car jackers called a transporter (?). Anyway those cost quite a bit more than your average key. I went in and talked to Scott who was so helpful. He managed to copy the chip instead having to do the whole programming shebang with my car and key and I ended up spending $ 20 less than I anticipated. Won me over with their excellent customer service. I will definitely be coming here again.
