This shop was one of the best around when I lived in West Michigan. Then I moved to New York City and all of the shops out here are awful. I decided to just use KVS online and it couldn’t have worked out better. Everything is shipped here within 2 – 3 days and their customer service is as excellent as it is in person. They always throw in free samplers which allows me to be a little more experimental without having to spend the money on a whole bottle.
This week I received a clearomizer with a faulty filament, so I emailed them and let them know. To my surprise, they sent back a working clearomizer and a little goody to go with it without me even asking!
I couldn’t ask for better service, both in person and online. Keep up the good work KVS!

I go here a lot since I got started in this scene and they are always very helpful. Just got an EMOW and some Space Jam Pluto along with Cosmic Fog Shocker juice. I like the premium stuff they carry and the staff is helpful and knowledgeable. I recommend this for people in the area!
