Mast Heating & Cooling

Needed a new furnace. Quoted it out to 5 medium sized places locally. The general manager at Mast was low pressure, very knowledgeable, and took his time more than any of the other HVAC guys giving me a quote. His Quote was also very comprehensive, and happened to be the lowest one for my job. Most of the other places say «our estimators are experts… blah blah blah», but this guy actually knew what he was talking about.
During Installation, they went above and beyond to be sensitive to keeping our house clean, communicate what they were doing, and had lots of time to answer questions. The install included additional equipment /​time to do the job right, and none of these were EXTRA…
It seems like many of the other companies I’ve dealt with want «easy customers» — meaning ones who need a furnace NOW and don’t educate themselves, ask questions, and know what they’re getting /​paying for in advance. One guy even quickly left my house and told me they were «selective about customers» when I asked him what the price he scribbled on a paper included. Mast, on the other hand, has the knowledge to answer the questions and just gets the job done.
