I had confirmed with the hospital about my yearly physical and that being part of my insurance. After everything was done the hospital comes to me and bills me for that one visit. Which they claim that they have combined two things in one. One being the physical and other being meet the doctor and for meeting the doctor I was being charged a ridiculous amount of money.
The billing kept transferring me to the doctors office and the doctors office kept transferring me to the billing.
To add to this the doctor did nothing in the physical test. I had to remind him to do even the blood test.
Worst experience for me as a patient.

I’ve never been treated so poorly by a medial practitioner and her staff (specifically, Dr. Marcia Nansel and Office Manger Sarah Webster) as I have while she was at Metro Health in Caledonia, MI. Dr. Marcia Nansel lacked basic information about the testing I had done, later they altered my records to account for their testing errors without notification, and when seeking assistance, I was left waiting on return calls for weeks. Dr. Marcia Nansel and her staff are neither knowledgeable nor empathetic, and I’ve never experienced such a severe lack of professionalism from any other provider ever. It’s worth your time to seek care elsewhere.

I’ve been going here for most of my life. Dr. Clegg is great, the PA Heather is super great. They are always friendly and easy to get an appointment with. The support staff is always friendly.

I recently visited Dr. Kern at Metro Health Cascade because my old doctor’s office seemed to be falling apart at the seams. I was pleasantly surprised to find an office that was organized, had little waiting time, and staff who actually seemed like that wanted to help me. Dr. Kern was friendly, knowledgeable, and most important she listened to me. We discussed various medical issues from the past and present and she was able to recommend a few things that my previous doctor simply neglected to mention. Dr. Kern was recommended to me by a friend, and I will continue to recommend her to friends!
