Horrible place! I’ve been here twice and will NEVER go back! They screw you on your oil change deal every time! I went last time and got the 21.99 oil change and rotation, they called me to say they stopped taking the lug nuts off because the post would break, because the lug is stripped. He said they would continue but if it broke they would have replace, I said approximately how much and they said no idea until they get in there. So of course I said no, stop, because I didn’t want to get price gouged. I went and picked up car and they still charged for rotation so my 21.99 rotation/​oil ended up being 27. :(I told the guy I would have to go to where I just got new tires done so they could look at it. Well I did go to the shop I had it done and after a 1 second look, nothing was stripped. The shop laughed and said Midas was trying to screw me. so I called Midas and the guy acted dumb-​founded and was like, oh uh yeah I don’t know. I was irate and wasted my afternoon dealing with this! so angry

Frustrating. Although they have what seem to be fair prices, they also seem to be terrible at evaluating what the problem really is. Lots of work, still the same issues. And to top it off, they lost my lugnut key — I hope I don’t get a flat before I can get a new one. I will not be returning.

I don’t know how the auto service is, because while trying to make an appointment I was put on hold for almost 10 minutes. I called Bob’s and got an appointment right away.

Had two jobs done here — a catalytic converter & a wheel bearing. I have collected and worked with cars for many years. These guys didn’t try to upsell me or give me a laundry list of unnecessary repairs that they «recommend». They did the work, and did it well. That’s about the best you can ask from an auto repair shop.
