Do NOT Use Office Max Internet Orders. I placed an online order for office supplies because of an offer from Office Max. It’s been 6 business days and I still do not have my delivery. I was told they don’t use UPS or FedEx or even the post office because they use local couriers who are cheaper. Welll cheaper must me they don’t know how to find my address in SE Grand Rapids. I’ve complained and have been promised twice that I would get my order. I think pony express would have been faster.
