They were awesome and super fast way better than genius repair! I would highly recommend to anyone who has dropped their phone. They were very friendly and helpful. They recommended an awesome case as well.

This place is amazing!!! Kurt was unbelievable friendly and helpful! I shattered my IPhone 6 plus screen, and I was so nervous about paying an arm and a leg and having to wait hours to get my phone back. The service was quick and same day, and they are even open late Saturday! Definitely will be recommending and continue all my cell phone services here!

It was late at night and I walked in not knowing they had recently just closed in a panic because my phone business phone was water damaged. The guy stayed after hours for me and helped me until my phone was 100% perfect! Great great service!

Kwasi fixed my broken galaxy s4 in less than an hour! He was extremely nice, knowledgeable and helpful. His prices are way better than other places I considered going to, and I was impressed with the customer service and clean, professional store. I will recommend this business to anyone I know!

Stopped in the AT&T store located next to this place to find out what my options were as far as replacing my iPhone 5s, as I recently broke the screen and, well, I like to have excuses to buy new things. Unfortunately for me, an upgrade wasn’t an option unless I wanted to sacrifice my first-born…or something that sounded like that. Lucky for me though, the nice AT&T man sent me in the direction of this newly-​opened business which happened to be right next door.
I walked in at 5:30 PM, knowing that they closed at 7 and not really expecting to get it fixed tonight. However, I was pleasantly surprised when Kwasi (who I believe is an owner) informed me that he could fix it in about an hour. Sure enough, one excruciating social-​media free hour later (just kidding, it was kind of nice), my phone was done! When he called I was at dinner with my parents and he even said he would wait until I got there if it was after they closed. Overall it was a very pleasant first experience with this business! Although I try not to make a habit of smashing my phones, sometimes Ketel One has other plans, so if need be I would definitely be back. I would highly recommend Oops Repair for all your broken phone needs!
