I had high expectations, as Panoplolous is known to be pricier yet do good work. I was very disappointed when my color did not turn out how I wanted. I even had pictures of what I did and didn’t want. The stylist kept saying the color I wanted would be too drastic, yet I shared I wanted a drastic change several times. I called back to have a few low light foils put in and was told I would be charged for them. Business must be struggling if they have to charge customers for a few foils after they clearly do not give the customer what they asked for.
