Pleasant Motel

Good service. Spacious rooms. Friendly staff. The owners do bbq’s sometimes and invite everyone. awesome!

This motel might look okay on the outside but don’t stay here! It is expensive for what you get! The only reason I gave it two stars is because the owners were willing to give us an extra couple days to pay when we were getting paid late! But they are very watchful of everyone that comes in and out! They watch as you come in with any suit cases or tubs of stuff! They were very rude! Eventhough my husband and I live in these dump motels, we are not like any of these other people who live here! We like to work out and eat healthy, don’t smoke and hardly drink! When we Bring in our work out equipment, they are constantly staring at what we have! It is very uneasy & unsettling! We had stayed there once before for a couple months & came back unfortunately a second time! They are actually not as nice as they first were! They hired a new night worker, a female who works at night! Sometimes we liked going out at night, she would watch us and just stare and everytime we walked out to our car, she would smile at my husband and act like she was helping with the door and being way overly friendly! I always had an odd feel she was a hooker as well because the other female worker was not so friendly! She was polite but professional! Also, one time we left and we usually keep our radio on when we leave because we don’t want people in these type of places to know we are gone so we leave it on a quiet setting and to play continuously the entire cd. We were gone a few hours that day, came back and the radio was off and some of our boxes were moved and one was even open! Oh and if you do come here, don’t use wifi! We did the first time & had someone steal money from our bank account! If you want to use debit they charge a lot just for the privilege! The refrigerator was small but we had one! It had decent AC but like most of these kind of places, the people that go there stand around and smoke in front of the building and many of the staff do too but they act like it has to be a certain place in front as if a foot or so one way or the other makes a big deal! Honestly, I can’t wait till my husband and I get out of these places, they are not for us! Over the years, one thing is the same, these are all the same just a different look same people & for people who have given up sad to say! We haven’t! If none of this kind of stuff matters, you may be okay here but i can’t wait to have an actual home or apartment! And another pet peeve is seeing children or pets trapped in these kind of places! That is abuse and the fact these places accept them just to support terrorism is sickening to my soul! They deserve better and shame on ALL Police & child welfare people who get phone calls and decide the All mighty dollar and a paycheck is more worthy is more precious than the well being of a child! You are selling your soul out and karma will come a knocking! Paybacks a bitch!!!
