Sam’s Club

This the worst Sams Club I have ever encountered. i called today to check on an item. After 10,000 rings someone finally answered. I asked my question and she puts me on hold. I waited for a several minutes and finally just hung up. I actually called back to ask for a store manager to complain but the same thing happened. So why bother.
This is why I like Costco better. I used to be a member of both Costco and Sams and had to make a choice since they sell similar items. It came down to customer service. Employees at the Kentwood Sams come across as uncaring and disinterested with their customers. If they are trying to attract membership this seems to be counter-​intuitive.

Just like the other warehouse store, this one gets busy (especially on the weekends)!
The lines for checking out where not long & they have a self scan which I like to use because I can check out much faster!
If you like samples, they offer some on weekends (not as many as the other warehouse store) but good luck trying to get one, seems how there is typically a line for them.
They have a wide selection of products, including some Organic.
One thing I did notice is that identical items that are sold at both Sam’s Club & Costco, Sam’s Club are normally (if not always) cheaper.
Sam’s Club membership is also cheaper.
Most of the Sam’s has a gas station too, which is almost always cheaper then anywhere else (including Costco most of the time)!
Sam’s accepts normal credit cards (unlike Costco) which is why I shop here more (not to mention the prices are cheaper too!).

The gas station at this location usually has some of the cheapest gas you can find in the city!

These guys must be raking in the big bucks because they never even answered the phone! Wanted to make a major purchase which I guess will happen online with a competitor because Sam’s doesn’t appreciate my business.
