Amber was so sweet and helpful! she gave us wonderful ideas and was upbeat and very organized. I really love shopping at this place. No one asks you 8 million times if you’re finding everything ok. But people are present and always willing to help out. They give you time to shop, look and think. Never pushy. I would ask for Amber next time I go in!

No reason to go anywhere else… I first looked at all the Big Box stores and they really did not have the selection or prices I was looking for. Finally went to Williams and they had a GREAT selection and prices from entry level for a scratch and dent to high end for really nice quality cabinets. This store is one of the best in town. Their prices are very competitive (and often lower), and the quality is outstanding. I just purchased 4 high quality cabinets for my kitchen (from the outlet) and only paid about as much as I would have for 1 single cabinet at a big box store. The service is exceptional in all aspects. I have only picked my pieces up (instead of delivery), but their warehouse guys are great, as well. True gem of a store in GR.

We have purchased several items from Williams Kitchen & Bath from both their outlet store and their regular showrooms. Their customer service and knowledgeable designers are the best to be found in West Michigan. Everything was delivered on time and our store pickups were always done quickly and with a wonderful attitude of helpfulness. Their kitchens are often found on various condo and house tours along with the Symphony Showcase House. We would recommeennd them highly.
