No common sense at all. The worker started to swipe around me while I was eating without saying anything. So disrespectful toward the customer. Not going there anymore sorry :(

I’d thought I would phone in my order to save time. After a few minutes of waiting for the cashier to stop flirting with the cook, I decided to approach her register and ask if she was open. I told her I phoned in an order and asked if she would accept a hundred dollar bill. She did, but handed it to her supervisor, who then held it up to the light to see if it was real. Standard procedure. A few seconds turned into an eternity. When she moved over to get a better look in another light source, she took even longer. Hungry, and just wanting to get back to my family, I took the cups and went to the beverage bar to fill up the drinks. Wouldn’t ya know it? I come back to get my food, and change for my $ 100, and she’s still looking at the $ 100 bill to see if it’s real or not! I told her it’s real, and asked if there was a problem. All she said was they don’t have a machine. Me thinks she’s never held a $ 100 before. I really don’t know. What I DO know is, this place sucks. When I got home, I pulled out the rest of my $ 100 bills from my wallet and to her credit, Ben Franklin DOES look a lot like Donald Trump! I think I might have found the problem folks… bring $ 1 dollar bills!(Hopefully, the cook got some badonkadonk!)

The shrimp are frozen and defrosted on the grill, lettuce was black with mold good thing the pieces were too huge to eat. When I pulled one out to cut into smaller pieces I found mold. Never ever again. not willing to take some weird bacterial infection.

Rarely have issues here, but today was an exception. I’m here right now and the whole place smells like a restroom. Also, the cashier was very rude.(David V). I ordered my meal, then my wife proceeded to tell him her order. When she was done, I asked him if he can make my order enchilado style. David then began to lecture me about ordering it all at the same time because he has to void the order. Sorry for wasting your time David, I’ve never worked in a restaurant setting so my knowledge on ordering processes isn’t the greatest. Like I said, usually it’s a great place, but right now it’s horrible. Hopefully the manager(Irene Rojero) makes some changes here soon.

Don’t want this to sound mean, but the cashier was not hygienicly clean, and that is really bad when ur in the food business and dealing with the public. I almost walked out the stench was so bad… Management please have a talk with him, because be is a really nice guy…

Got in an hour before they closed. Got the steak and shrimp burrito to go. Live 5 mins away from the store. The burrito was cold as if they just look it out from the fridge. I didn’t even see them making it. After I warmed it took a few bites and didn’t really feel like finishing. A weird taste. Got the stomach flu that night. I’ve had food from other Baja Fresh. They are really good. And no such experience like this. This specific location people need to be careful. Please watch them make your food. Make sure if your taking it to go to check whether the food is cold or hot as if they just made it. No wonder they only have 3 stars.

Just wanted Baja Fresh management to know that their cashier, Aryan, is truly an asset to their chain. Every time I go in, he greets me by my first name, he smiles, and he even knows my order by heart. He gives friendly service, and is constantly moving around organizing orders. It is because of his great customer service attitude that I give this location 5 stars. No other fast food place offers the same level of personal service and attention to detail Aryan gives. Awesome and pleasant customer service experience every time Aryan is working, give that man a raise!!!

Food was great. But the customer service is garbage here! It was my first time here and I was ignored by the girl on the cashier when I asked a question about the tacos, she was too busy with her other coworkers. Then I was talking to my boyfriend and then she decides to listen to me when I wasn’t even talking to her. I’d come here for the food only if someone else gets it for me.

People don’t really care about you here. Employees seemed bothered you even order. Very rude. And if you ask if they can not add onion apparently they have to add onion comes it comes with the salad. I thought they where fresh. Guess it’s bagged up for you before you get it. She actually said you can pick the onions out yourself! Not coming back

The food is good, I had rice and beans and a burrito the first time I was here, the cashier welcomed us with a smile. Nothing to complain about. The second time around, I ordered the fish tacos(a bit pricy) and a side salad, which is a good amount for its price. My concern is how sanitary is the place, not 100% sure but I think I saw one of the assembler pick up a piece of the food and started chewing it.

Outstanding staff! I went in with my toddler for lunch and realized, the nice lady behind the counter noticed I had my hands full, brought my food to me(a kind and thoughtful gesture) I enjoyed my food feeding my baby boy and when we finished I was trying to clean up the huge mess he made on the floor as babies do. The 2 girls came up and said don’t worry sir we will clean that. I was embarrassed because my son had made such a mess, but they were kind and had such a good attitude towards customers. It really made my day and this place sure stands out to me and made me and my baby boy feel welcome and appreciated as customers. I hope the owner of this location reads this because they hire kind, and positive employees who seem to have pride in their jobs, and sure know how to treat their customers. THANKYOU!

I’ve had the food here, and they can be very tasty. That being said, the following occurred on my last attempt to patronize this Baja Fresh. I called to place a phone order, and was greeted with a decent amount of friendliness. I was asked to hold, ok, I did not worrying or think how long I would be on hold. After 5 minutes of nothing except the wonder if they had forgotten me, I hung up and called back. Upon callback I refused to hold, and was instantly treated rudely, and forced to listen to the person on the phone whine about how their credit card machine wasn’t working. I asked for the manager, and got very little, if any improvement in quality of service. The manager acknowledged that it was handled poorly, but failed to understand that I had been kept on hold so long, that I was then passing the restaurant, in what would’ve the preparation time for pick up. Baja Fresh, you get passed up.

Still love Baja food, the 3 star update is based on customer service. I was out and about yesterday eve and called in for a Baja shrimp burrito to go. I wanted to get home to catch my Clipper game. When I arrived the place was empty. I payed for my order and went to get salsa. Three sets of people walked in after me. When everyone else started getting their food I inquired. As it turns out, my burrito had been sitting on the counter. The girl who helped me said that no one told her that my food was ready. Um well, its been sitting right in front of you sooooo??? I get home(game already in progress), anticipating my burrito, sink my teeth in and its cold! Not even warm, cold! After reheating, it was so delish! Customer service fail on this visit.

I’ve never been crazy about Baja Fresh but decided to stop by for lunch since it was convenient to where I was working for the day. I got a cup of tortilla soup for $ 4.99; add a side salad and it’s $ 7.99. The soup wasn’t bad but it tasted more like albondigas instead of tortilla soup. It had great chunks of chicken but lacked other ingredients such ah beans, corn, onion, and even avocado which I only got two small slices of. With that said, the soup wasn’t bad but a little more would go a long way. Overall Simple, basic, a bit expensive for what it is and personally I would rather have chipotle. Tip Free chips with any meal purchase which is accompanied by a self serve salsa bar
