We have hired Cartwright twice to trim a tree and later to remove a large broken branch.
They responded quickly, worked fast and left no trace of debris. We might have been able to find a lower bidder but we didn’t mind paying for professionals. The prices were good in our opinion.
Will be calling them again when we need more tree work.

I received a direct mailing advertisement for Cartwright Tree Care. Timing was good as a needed a tree specialist. I called and was told someone would call me that day or the next. I did not hear from them. I called to inquire and was told those services were sub-contracted out and they did not know why «the guy» did not call me back.
I don’t understand why people spend so much money on advertising only to neglect the customer. I am not crazy about the sub-contractor situation either and that not being disclosed to me.
