New Hong Kong Restaurant

The food here is delicious! Just the right portion and a very nice attentive server! Yum!

We drive from the Tri-​cities to eat here at least twice a month. Great food, great atmosphere, always quite other than the owners children playing which attracts the curiosity of my kids.
Everything I have tried is great, the General Tso’s chicken is excellent.

«I ate it I’ll rate it», their Chicken Chow mien is like Try to find the meat. I always ask for extra meat. The meat is great and a bite size. A lot of celery in it but it has a good sauce and taste but very plain veggie wise. Great egg rolls but on their Almond Chicken they use regular Brown gravy which ruined it plus it is only a blonde colored deep fried color not golden. «Ask» the gal said… if you want cooked Xtra brown. Which is not blonde looking but a tad golden. Their sweet n Sour sauce is sadly watery tasting. Needs a umph more taste but is okay. The House fried rice is really good but not any other meat fried rices. Once again it is Try to find the meat or anything in it. The Restaurant is big and has sink benches in the old booths along with big tables. Fast nice service.

This absolutely the best Chinese food in the Valley. Everything is fresh and wonderfully flavored.
Despite what the overview says, there are waitresses (daughters of the owners) and there is a very active take-​out service.
