Precision Door Service

The service was quick, same day response, and good but there were some complications. The first service man didn’t screw the light bulbs in so I thought the motion sensor wasn’t working and called them back out to investigate. They came right out the next day but the problem was the office had told me they would call me back to schedule a time to come out and they didn’t, so when the man showed up at 8am the next morning he woke me up. I had to answer the door in my robe so I wasn’t happy. The man also told me the price the previous service man had quoted me for a torsion system was too highly and they could give me a better price. I’m glad but why didn’t the first man quote the best price? They are quick and seem to be knowledgable but I’m not sure if I’ll use them again due to the confusion.

Unprofessional is a prefect word for this company. They had called me and left a message on my voicemail which did not come through right away. When I returned the call … Before I got the voicemail. … I asked who had called me and it became a foolish game for this company asking me who I was and saying they did not call me. Big run around and little kid games.
