I had to get my old leaky roof replaced over the summer, and in the process got a number of estimates from different companies. In the end, I chose Leaf Guard for a number of reasons:
They really (I mean really) stand behind their product. They were the only company that offered a 50 year warranty on their product! And it’s transferrable, so when I sell my house the next owner is also covered.
The company service was outstanding. They were the only company that did a really thorough evaluation of the roof– even going into the attic– before giving me an estimate. Without going in the attic, they never would have known there was no plywood sheeting on my roof and would only have discovered this after tear-​off, and that would have changed the estimate and work time dramatically!
They were able to completely remove the leaking chimney and replace it with all new material.
I was able to finance my new roof through the company. The other companies wanted half the money up front and the rest at completion, and who really has that kind of cash sitting around?
Believe it or not, really competitive pricing! Their cost was not much more than other inferior products out there. The warranty alone is 20 years longer than other companies, and to be able to transfer it to anew owner is awesome.
The crew that did the work was trained specifically for Leaf Guard products. They weren’t just a bunch of random guys hired off the street. They were fast and efficient. They were at work at 7am and were done by 4pm. The clean up job was great.
The quality of product from Leafguard is amazing. My next job will be siding, and I’ll definitely be getting an estimate from them!
