Maurice’s

A deeply unpleasant shopping experience.
To be fair, google had them at the wrong place on their map, so I got there grouchy. But it certainly didn’t improve my mood that they were holding fitting rooms for people while they were out browsing more outfits.
As always the Maurice’s employees were friendly but over-​bearing. I don’t blame the ladies, I’ve been to enough Maurice’s stores to know they train them to be that way, but it’s still obnoxious. I went in planning to buy, but was so irked by the whole experience that I just left and went shopping elsewhere.

I was at Maurices while I was vacationing and Adele greeted me as I walked in not being pushy telling me about the promotions going on right now. I found a couple tops which I bought. I asked if they had a store with 14 to 24 size near me and she even looked it up for me! I then actually returned there with my mom the next day before I went back and Adele again was working greeted me and my mom recognized who I was. she was so perky! She started a fitting room for me and helped my mom with her clothes. I tried on my clothes checked out when I got home I open my bag to find a note in there from Adele telling me to have a safe trip jome she remembered! I have never recieved this kind of customer service anywhere. You are looking at manager material with Adele! Ill be back next time I am in Indiana!
