One of my favorite places! They use all fresh ingredients! They make their own veggie burger in house(it’s delicious) you can even have it as a wrap! They also serve beer and wine! And more desserts than you can imagine

Terrific burgers! Excellent desserts! Fries are terrific, particularly the sweet potato fries! It’s nice that the owners are both present and visit with customers. Menu changes routinely so that we keep going back to try new things.

The food was just average. On top of that they were way overpriced. This is because they have caved to fear mongering(or they are perpetuating the fear mongering for their own financial benefit) that GMOs are unhealthy or unsafe. NonGMO = antiscience. It also means higher food prices here in the U.S. and literally means people starving to death in third world countries. Just like at Chipotle, the non GMO is only a sales gimmic. The science is clear GMOs are as safe as non, and often healthier.

Everything you could want a modern burger joint to be. I stop into Mishawaka for business frequently and never had a reason to eat here until now. The burger is 4 star because of a kind of lack luster bun. The fries? The sassy option should be an industry standard. Both the standard fry and a sweet potato fry standalone on their merits but mixed together in the sassy option is amazing! I didn’t have the appetite but I was very tempted by there sweets and what looked to be dairy free ice cream. I will definitely stop in and I finally have a reason to stay in Mishawaka.

Great food that is reasonably priced. Many gluten free options and they now serve beer! Highly recommend for lunch or dinner, with friends or family!

New to the area and did a quick Unilocal search to see what was nearby. Sassy’s came up, so we decided to give it a try. The staff was very friendly and helpful when figuring out what to get. They have many options which is nice. I love that you can do half and half with sandwiches, soup, and salad. I will definitely be doing that next time! I ordered a classic chicken sandwich, my partner ordered a single bacon burger and we shared french fries. So good! Everything on the sandwich was delicious and the fries were perfect. They had a great crisp and fresh taste to them. After lunch we got a cookie and headed out to do our errands. We will definitely be back in the future. :)

I live in Chicago, but always come to Sassy’s when I’m in town. I love their vegetarian burger, which is one of the best I’ve ever had. And their sweet potato fries are amazing! I love how they’re connected to Indulgence so you can also order a sweet while you’re here :) My favorite burger in South Bend!

We stopped in for lunch on a recent Friday afternoon. The décor is rustic and cute with a variety of table/booth/high top and bar seating. You order at the counter and your food is delivered to you. My husband couldn’t resist trying the Lobster, Bacon, Cheddar burger and I ordered the Bacon Cheeseburger. We opted to split an order of Sassy fries — ½ sweet potato, ½ regular. They just recently added a nice selection of bottled craft beer and my husband went with a Three Floyd’s. The food was made to order and served quickly. My burger was missing the bacon, but it was quickly fixed with a hefty portion! The lobster burger was a regular patty topped with lobster salad warmed up on the flat top and topped with bacon and cheddar. The patties were thin with a nice char from the flat top. The burger was the perfect size for me, but my husband would probably go for a double next time. My only complaint was that they were a little chintzy on the lettuce, but not a big deal. The fries were served in an old school brown paper lunch sack and perfectly crisp. It looked like we got an end of a batch with lots of tiny pieces and few big fries, but still good! The burgers were served with a side of Sassy sauce which is a mix of condiments and seasoning including mayo, mustard, ketchup, etc — pretty good as long as I pretend it doesn’t have mayo in it. Supposedly all burgers are cooked medium, but ours were well done and I would imagine medium would be tough to get with the thin patties, but still a good burger. The menu also includes a great selection of sandwiches, salad and even burger bowl options. Great gluten free options too.

This is a great place to go if you want a traditional burger and fries. There is a great selection of foods for everyone, and a great variety of sandwiches.

The avocado club chicken sandwich was good. Glad it was gluten free! Nice atmosphere, reasonable prices until you get to the dessert portion… i paid $ 3.25 for a single dip cup of ice cream and it LITERALLY was one single round scoop of ice cream. That is why only 3 stars. A but pricey for a small scoop of ice cream. Could’ve bought a pint at minimum for that.

I have to say that there was a little bit of an argument as to whether this place was four or five stars. The burgers were quite good. I recommend the turkey club. The burger of the month was also good with turkey. cranberries and sweet potatoes but keep in mind it that the sweet potato portion consists of their sweet potato fries. Their sweet potato fries are quite good however. The pumpkin apple soup was sweet and could have been considered dessert but good.

We went recently and had a great experience. We don’t have any dietary restrictions, but were just excited to have another option for dining out in Granger(not too many of them). I had the vegetarian(I think sweet potato and black bean?) burger and the rest of my family had normal burgers. The sweet potato fries are the best I’ve ever had. It was a little pricey(burgers didn’t come with fries — had to order extra), but the food was really good.

Finally! This is a place us GF people can go to and not worry too much about what options there are for us. Yes, you can eat a burger like a normal person instead of a burger Patty slapped on a piece of lettuce without a bun. To make this experience even better, the meat is Non-GMO, and there’s a GF bakery attached to this place. So, if you lived your life eating out without the foods you love, feeling left out on breads. No more, no more feeling left out. Rise Up! Gf world! Also, their fries are killer, best I ever had.
