Turtle Farm CSA

I was recently quizzed by an anxious barista about what happens to the turtles at the Turtle Farms CSA. I so wanted to say something along the lines of «they serve them up fresh daily.» but, apparently, don’t have as much of a mean streak as I thought I had…
Turtle Farms CSA* has been providing excellent fresh produce services for years. It is difficult to explain just how delicious locally grown and seasonal foods can be. While this may be as much the psychological effect of knowing where my food comes from, or the attention and care put into the farm by those tending it, but it still means that when the box of each week’s vegetables arrives, I know I’m in for some great tasting and beneficial meals.
