916tech is Awesome!!! My computer crashed and another company installed a new hard drive. Unfortunately nothing on my computer looked or worked the same afterwards. I tried to Google how to fix things but I didn’t even know the correct terms for what I needed help with. Thank goodness my colleague recommended Jon at 916tech. I emailed him descriptions of what was wrong and Jon understood my concerns and gave me a very reasonable quote that included coming to my house at an exact time (not a 4+ hour window of time to wait). He’s a really nice guy who knows his stuff. He showed me exactly what he was doing and explained why some of my attempted fixes didn’t work. Everything that I asked for, he did. My laptop looks and acts like it did before the crash. And he charged me exactly what he quoted — no added fees after he got here. I’d definitely call 916tech for additional services in the future. And I’ll also refer friends, family and colleagues to 916tech.
