Alpine Terrace Landscaping

Having remodeled interiors in 5 homes, I finally got smart and hired a contractor to create my outdoor dream-​scape. We are thrilled! Our house is very basic but showed opportunity for glam & a scenic views to the golf course adjacent. With Steve we thoroughly weeded through options that included our budget. I appreciate a design wizard but if they can’t visualize, communicate & consider our dream & budgetary concerns, then it isn’t a «match».
Thanks to Steve and his crew, we are embracing our dream! The project is within our budget as outlined in initial stages. Steve’s knowledge, versatility & vision contributed to a successful project. His staff is accommodating, respectful, gracious & knowledgeable. Truly Alpine Terrace is «as good as it gets».
Our dream awaits us as the sun is setting on our oasis. Thank you Steve!

Met with Steve a couple of times. He made us very uncomfortable; he kept pushing his «friend» whom he referred to as a «landscape designer» (although I had a lovely plan from a landscape architect!). We didn’t hire him as we really didn’t like being pushed and pushed to hire his (unlicensed) friend. Couldn’t find any educational qualifications on her, no licensing, and she charges a fortune. It felt «henky», so we went with another contractor. The contractor we hired had no problem using our landscape architect’s design, and we were very happy with all of his work.
