My husband ordered me a birthday bouquet from here to be delivered at my work. It turned out beautiful. However, me being sneaky checked out the bouquet on the website. Completely different flowers. no problem. But they gave him the price for chrysanthemums but switched them ALL out for carnations.:-(these guys are crooks.

TERRIBLE. The bouquet delivered was nothing at all like what I ordered. The color scheme was completely off and looked so cheap. I picked my selection specifically because of the color scheme and flowers and what we received was nothing like the representation that we ordered off – what was supposed to be soft pinks, whites and greens was yellow (nothing worse than yellow daisies), oranges and purples. I would not have paid what I paid for that bouquet. It looks like a $ 4 mixed flower bouquet from Trader Joe’s. Delivery alone, here, cost $ 11. I am extremely dissatisfied and hope you will not order from them, I know I never will.

I called at 4pm asking for same day flower delivery to Kaiser in Roseville. Not only were they able to create the bouquet that I had liked on their website, but they had it delivered within two hours of my call. I am so impressed with their service. Plus, the flowers were beautiful! Thank you My Enchanted Florist for going above and beyond to help me out!
