Kaia FIT Granite Bay

When I discovered Kaia Fit Granite Bay, it was the best thing I could do for myself. I had begun my weight loss journey at a typical gym and saw some slow improvements and changes in my body. Being overweight with bi-​lateral knee arthritis had its challenges and limitations. On the encouragement of my daughter who had discovered Kaia two years earlier and loved it, with hesitation and anticipating much difficulty, I decided to give it a try. To my surprise I made it through that first workout exhilarated!
The Kaia coaches (which I love, love!) helped me to modify certain exercises, to not only save me from injury but to strengthen around the knees. I was seeing results quicker than the gym I previously joined and having a lot more fun! Not only have I lost weight and inches, I’ve gained strength both mentally and physically. Kaia has been life changing for me. First time in my life I’ve actually looked forward to working out and been consistent. It is challenging but so gratifying.
To describe Kaia it’s like personal training in a group (team) atmosphere with nutritional and mindful aspects along with social encouragement and fun activities. It’s a sisterhood of non judgement. Working on the mind, body and soul. If you join Kaia, you will be better for it!

KaiaFit Granite Bay is the best. There are multiple class times to choose from and the workouts are all in 3 different fitness levels (balance, strength & Kaia) so everyone can modify to their fitness level or accommodate injuries. It is also a women only workout center, so no pressure to look good and no judgment. Coach Natalie and Heather are great and everyone who are regulars are welcoming and friendly to new comers.

Amazing workouts. I tried out a session last year and loved it. Came back this year and the it’s even better than I remember. This is a boot camp style studio for women. The exercises are intense, but can be customized for any fitness level.

Over 18 months ago I joined Kaia Fit Granite Bay. I love it! The encouragement from owner/​coach Natalie, and fellow coaches, Heather, Cfish and Kelly, keep me going. Workouts are varied everyday, and I find myself stronger and more fit than ever. Unlike most gym type establishments, Kaia is for women only. I find the support and friendship of the other women is an added bonus. It is truly a comfortable, safe place to work out and have fun at the same time. Give it a try!

I recently completed a six week BRIK bootcamp with Kaia Fit Granite Bay. Not only do the workouts produce results quickly but the Kaia Kove is a supportive environment. Women of all levels of fitness come together and support one another in their goals. No matter your current fitness level, there is a challenging workout (exercises have 3 options) — balance, strength and Kaia — to get you there. I love the simplicity of the workouts and the nutrition plan is highly effective if you choose to follow it. No gimmicks. The welcoming atmosphere is nurtured by owner Coach Natalie and fabulous Coach Heather and Coach Kelly. I can’t wait to return to Kaia!

I’ve been working out with Kaia FIT Granite Bay for 6 months and really like it. I’ve belonged to a gym for many years and have gone through personal training and small group personal training as well as a variety of group fitness classes. I wasn’t seeing the results I wanted. A friend recommended Kaia. It has exceeded all my expectations. I’m stronger, sleep better and have lost weight… but more importantly inches. The work out plan is challenging and is always different — AND it’s FUN (well, maybe not the burpees!). No matter your fitness level you will find what you need through modifications or advanced moves. The workouts are well planned and thought out. The nutrition plan is excellent — very realistic and doable plus it is training you to eat right so your healthy eating becomes a lifestyle. It’s not a diet, it’s healthy eating for a healthy you, with tons of support from coaches and fellow members. Oh and I’ve met some great ladies — it’s a warm and welcoming group of ladies of all different shapes and ages. They are always there to encourage each other.

So I used to consider myself a gym person, but now I can’t imagine going back to the group classes and using an elliptical. I have really enjoyed the supportive environment of all the women and the variety of the workouts keeps me coming back. Whether we are outside or inside moving from station to station we are in it together… and I love that!

I moved to a new town and was looking for a new gym to replace my old one. I met Natalie owner/​coach at the downtown street fair in Roseville this summer and knew this was going to be a great fit I joined Kaia Fit Granite Bay and absolutely love it. The classes are positive, encouraging and fun. She is constantly changing things up so you never get bored. They do all sorts of fun extra things at non class times (hiking, dinner, runs) to promote healthy living and friendship. A great bunch of girls to work out with so happy I found Kaia Fit

I was introduced to Kaia Fit Granite Bay from a neighbor. I love it! It’s so nice to have a supportive group of women that notice when you aren’t there for your workout. Natalie is a great coach and gives a good butt kicking!

I found Kaia FIT Granite Bay on Unilocal and it is so much more than I ever even hoped for! It’s an all women’s exercise program that is fun AND it delivers results! You join a coached 1 hour class time that changes the workout each day and focuses on high intensity training and muscle confusion. Don’t get me wrong — this isn’t cross fit! And just about any woman can do it because there are three levels of intensity for every exercise. It’s a non-​threatening environment where I felt comfortable doing weanie push ups from my knees, shaky lunges, and slow jump rope but now I’ve dropped weight and I’m MUCH stronger and healthier. Natalie is the coach/​owner and she is just the right combination of strong and motivating along with supportive and understanding. If you need to get in shape, don’t even hesitate to come check it out. I have gotten two neighbors to join and I tell every woman I know about it!

Kaia Fit GB the BEST all-​women cardio and strength training program in Granite Bay. New member specials cannot be beat. My physical and nutritional health have been completely transformed. Lost 10 pounds, gained muscle definition, and met some of the nicest women that have become great friends. This is the real deal and Coach Natalie is spot on!
