Star Realtors gets 4 stars from me!
I used Star Realtors to purchase my first ever property – a vacant residential lot in the Metro East that was for sale as an REO through Fannie Mae. Ginger and Chrissy worked with me throughout the purchase process to answer (most of) my questions and get the ball rolling quickly. As a first-​time buyer, needless to say, I was very nervous about something not going through and/​or me not taking the appropriate steps to make sure the title was clear and so on. Ginger and Chrissy were more than willing to help me out despite me probably testing their patience.
At the end of the day, everything went smoothly, quickly, and right on schedule. There were no mis-​representations or gloss-​overs of any kind. Unlike what seems to be typical with other realtors, Ginger did NOT try to upsell me (i.e. get me to look at a pricier property or go out of my budget) or convince me to put an offer on the property. I was left to make my own decisions, no pressure, and for that I definitely respect Star Realtors/​The Blasingame group. My e-​mails were always answered within 24 hours, and someone was always available via phone if something was urgent.
Knocking off one star only because, while e-​mail response was quick, it wasn’t always thorough. A handful of my questions went unanswered. Also, I was able to get my HUD-​1 statement from the title company before it was ever sent to me from the realty office (and actually, I wound up never getting it from the realty office). But eh, neither of these things are the end of the world to me. I’m VERY pleased with my experience at Star Realtors.
