I have used them for the last two years. I have an oldie(but goodie!) LOPI pellet stove. Inevitably, there is something that malfunctions on it every winter. It is an old model, after all. When I first moved into the house, the previous renters had been told they needed a new pellet stove, as it was not functioning. This, of course, would cost thousands of dollars. I decided I wanted to get a second opinion from another company. Whenever I need to find a company for some type of repair or maintenance, I get instant anxiety. I am always worried I will get taken advantage of and overcharged due to not knowing much about the work. After asking around to see if anyone I knew had an inside scoop, without luck, I resorted to an internet search. I found this place, which is located all the way in Granite Falls, but received good marks from the BBB. After receiving some extremely high quotes from other companies, I decided to give them a try. They charge a set fee for the cost of coming out for service, then they charge the cost for the part needed. They do NOT charge by the hour! Some other places had quoted me for each 15 minute block of time… Ridiculous! They also did not charge me extra for coming all the way out to Edmonds from Granite. The service guys who come out are always friendly and professional. They never try to sell me anything and they remain transparent about what repair is needed. I trust this company and would recommend it to anyone needing service to their pellet stove. I can’t speak to any other services they may have, but I know they do sell used and new pellet stoves as well. It is refreshing to find a service company that does not give me the sense that they are taking advantage of me!
