Priceless Granite

All I can say is don’t use them. Buyer beware they did the job wrong and customer service is terrible. It cost me extra money and it took to long to get it fix. Again buyer beware

I had such a great experience I felt the need to share it. I was referred by a friend who also had a great experience and felt that I should check out Priceless for my upcoming home remodel. I was helped by the sales manager Dave, very friendly and knowledgeable about what I was looking for. He walked me around to several different slabs of granite and was very mindful of my budget and style I was looking for. He helped me pick out the perfect granite!
My second great experience came when it was being installed. It came on time and the installers were very friendly and knowledgeable as well. Everything went in flawless and looks better then I had imagined. Buying Granite (and as much of it as I did) is a big deal financially and will be in the home for many years to come. Priceless Granite made the experience stress free and I couldn’t be more happier that I went with my friends recommendation. Thank you Priceless!

I would not recommend this company. We had to have our Granite installed three times and the still didn’t get it right. It started with them having our under mount sink and cutting the wrong hole. They ordered us a new sink and it is was the wrong one, we waited four days for the new sink to come in. They then replaced the piece with the sink hole and it didn’t match the piece next to it. Replaced that one and it still didn’t match. We finally just settled on two pieces of granite next to each other that don’t match.
The PM and the General Manager would not return phone calls or emails. It took five weeks to get the granite installed and it is not good quality. Every time they came back we had a huge mess to clean up. Overall a terrible experience, bad service, not responsive and a poor quality end product.
