Albertsons

One of the employees, by the name of Hayden, (young man with brown hair) has exceptional customer service skills! We had a request and he exceeded our expectations; and it made our entire day easier!

I’ll preface this by admitting that there’s something down-​trodden and depressing about walking into an Albertsons. They’re probably the grocery chain I’ve know the longest and they’re probably the one big name grocer that’s done the least to re-​invent or polish their image in the last generation. The displays look tired and the customers even look sad that they’ve been spotted shopping there… but let me just say… their chicken tenders ROCK!!!
I went to GP with my SO for a few days despite the fact that I was under the weather with a cold. Well, traveling by plane, driving and being on the go from the start of the trip didn’t help and before I knew it, I was confined to the hotel room feeling blue. Rather than infecting his family friends, SO dropped me off at the Albertsons so I could look for a bathing suit (epic fail) and find a snack. I found my heaven at the deli. Wow. I’m dreaming about them now. Thank God there’s an Albertsons near work (there’s none nearby my home)! This also goes far in explaining why their chicken tender bin is always sadly sparse.

Terrible customer service. Long lines. They need to eliminate the self service kiosks and get real checkers. I will go to Fred Meyer in the future. Very frustring.
