Had a wonderful experience here! It was a Sunday so I took my 13 year old son in with a worsening fever and cough that he had for 6 days. I was helped right away at the desk and after sitting in the waiting area for 3 mins we were called back. Everyone was so nice. My son had to have a chest X-​ray. The Dr came in after and showed me the X-​ray and explained what was on it. My son had pneumonia! (I had taken him to his pediatrician 3 days into his sickness and he thought it was a virus so didn’t do a chest X-​ray) They called in a prescription to our pharmacy and gave us information on pneumonia to take with us. Also told us when to follow up with his pediatrician to make sure he is getting better. I highly recommend this urgent care they are friendly, fast, and efficient.

This was the first time here. I came in for blood tests, EKG, and chest x-​ray. The staff was very friendly and efficient. I was in and out in less than an hour. I hope I don’t NEED to come back, but if I do, I feel comfortable that I will receive the same excellent service.

We had a great experience with them today. Polite, helpful and upbeat. They did a nice job on my son’s stitches.

I was one of the first patients at the new Asante Urgent Care, as I suddenly started having trouble catching my breath, and dreading an ER wait, decided to try the new urgent care center. It is right next to the TRMC Emergency Department, so if you ended up needing ER Care you could easily walk the 10 feet over there. I checked in around 5pm, and was in an exam room by 5:10pm, which was impressive in itself! They accept all forms of Oregon Health Plan, including AllCare and PrimaryHealth, so it makes it really easy for me and anyone else on OHP. I was seen by Dr. Victoria Boisen, who took the time to explain what was going on, and made sure I was in agreement with her treatment plan. I was given a breathing nebulizer right at the urgent care, which my doctor’s office cannot even do! They sent me to the ER last time this happened! She made sure that my wheezing had stopped, gave me some prescriptions to keep everything down and sent me on my way. I was out the door feeling wonderful by 6pm. Pretty impressive compared to my experiences at Valley Immediate Care in GP (see my review on them). Thanks, Asante Urgent Care!
