Bill Green is a fine gunsmith, based on my one experience with him. My .38 Special would occasionally give me a misfire due to a shallow strike or soft strike.
He took about a half hour to disassemble, inspect, lube and put back together. He test fired 5 rounds OK and pronounced it fixed. Probably it was dry inside as I bought this in 1988 and only used it once in 2012 at a class. NO CHARGE.
He is a NRA Certified instructor and sells firearms also.
