Sometimes it’s not the job itself but the way that problems get handled. We hired Brad to replace our roof and he was very professional and his crew did a great job getting the job done sooner than promised. The roof looks great and that would be all but… a day after the job was done I got a call from my neighbor.
I hadn’t noticed but his crew had done some damage to our neighbors fence. The building they worked on is right against an older fence on my neighbor’s property and while they were working the guys cracked a few boards.
I gave Brad a call and within an hour he was at my house. I showed him the damage and told him the neighbor wanted 10 of the boards replaced. Brad said, «I’ll be right back.» Minutes later he returned and replaced 17 of the boards.
It is a rare event when someone not only takes full responsibility, then fixes the issue with more than what was asked. I highly recommend Brad Fox Roofing.
