We’ve been on their basic internet now for a couple months and we have also used them for a laptop repair/​tune-​up. Laptop repairs/​tune-​up were complete and worked out well. No problems. Internet service is quite adequate as well. The basic is not super lightening fast, but it’s fine for basic web browsing/​internet work and the price is great. I like not having to deal Com-​Cast or Century Link. This works great for us since we choose not have cable, satellite, home phone, etc. No pricing bundling gimmicks needed to get a low price. Staff is friendly and personable and they are a locally owned company. A lot of small business are disappointing me with mediocre service these days, but not this one!

Just to be clear, I am only reviewing their wireless internet service. We signed up with budget because Charter was our only other option and we were trying to save money. Our internet works great during the middle of a week day or in the middle of the night. If we try to use it during «peak hours» (evenings and weekends) it is so slow it’s not even worth trying. Century Link just moved to our area and we’ll be signing up with them.
