Avoid these guys! I had a rat problem in my garage and called them on a recommendation. They came out and said there were at least 2 rats. They set a few traps, told me where the rats were coming in (I had to fix it myself), charged me $ 350 and left. They came back once more to check the traps – there was one rat caught. They set a few more traps and came back about a month later to collect them – no more rats caught. And that was it. They didn’t do much, and they were ridiculously expensive for what little they did. Now that I’ve mentioned them to friends, I’ve heard a few more complaints. Wish I’d heard them before plunking down $ 350.
