Didnt care for his customer service. Hes starting his own business and would not honor a $ 49.99 diagnostic fee toward final repair. He did the original diagnosis while working for his prior company. Actually said his rates went up and would be an extra $ 59.00 just to show up at our door. Final bill would have been close to $ 500.00 he would not have lost any money and he would have gained a loyal customer. Business must be good because ill never use him nor will i ever recommend him.
