Mike and his staff came out when my pipes froze in Dec. 2013. I was out of state. They did a great job. However, once I got back and gave them more work to do. They kept the parts I paid for and never came back to do the work. One of the rooms they were supposed to work on was my Mom’s bedroom. She has end stage Alzheimer’s and it is a «SAFE» room. It was highly important that this room get completed as soon as possible. Instead, they never called and never showed back up.
They literally left me with no safe place to put my Mom in my times of need, I.e. bathroom break, showers, cooking.
I would never, ever recommend this company. They stole parts and left us hanging.
