Erick did a fantastic job to my truck! Went far beyond to make everything to my satisfaction. Also, provided a loaner while the work was being done. Even though my truck is a GMC Sierra Duramax and not a Ford, the work done was superior! This was my second visit to Mock’s Body Shop. First time was about 6 months ago and they repaired our motorhome rear compartment and end cap to perfection. The fiberglass work was great. They worked with our insurance company and made it easy for us.
Second time was last week. I could not find a leak near the driver’s entry door and brought it to them. Erik and his crew sealed between the door frame and the body and think they got it. They put in a couple of hours and drove it to our house because it was snowing. NO CHARGE !! How about that ?
Frankly I don’t care if they got the leak. I will test it in a few days when it warms up and I can hose the area down. Erik did say to bring it back if not corrected. If it still leaks I will go to a nearby RV service center and let them do it. Mock’s did enough… and than some.
I am impressed by their customer service.

I am very impressed and beyond pleased with their work and super customer service! I live in Brookings and they made it easy to get my car right in and out for repair! If I need paint and body work again there is no question that ill go back to Mocks! Thank you Erik and staff! Oh and I love that you cleaned my car inside and out! Unexpected but appreciated!
